Privacy Policy

1. Who We Are

WatchGrid Studio LLC (“WatchGrid Studio,” “we,” “us”) is a Texas limited liability company that builds websites and landing pages for businesses. This policy explains what we collect on watchgridstudio.com and our landing pages, why, and who we share it with.

This is a business-to-business site. It is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

2. Information We Collect

Information you give us

  • Contact form — business name, your name, email address, phone number (optional), website URL (optional), the service you are interested in, how you heard about us, and your message.
  • Newsletter — your email address.
  • Clients — billing details and the content you provide us for your project. Card details are entered directly with our payment processor; we never receive or store your full card number.

Information collected automatically

  • IP address, browser and device type, operating system, and approximate location derived from your IP address
  • Pages viewed, time on page, referring URL, and marketing attribution parameters (such as UTM tags) in the link you arrived from
  • Cookies and similar identifiers set by the analytics and advertising services listed in Section 4
  • Signals used to distinguish automated traffic from real visitors when you submit a form

3. How We Use Your Information

  • Respond to your inquiry and provide the services you ask for
  • Deliver, host, maintain, and support client projects
  • Process payments and keep business and tax records
  • Send you emails you signed up for, and service-related messages about your project or account
  • Measure how the site and our advertising perform, and improve both
  • Detect and prevent spam, fraud, and abuse of our forms
  • Comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms

4. Cookies, Analytics, and Advertising

This site uses cookies and similar identifiers for analytics and advertising measurement. The services below run on our site and receive data about your visit:

  • Google Analytics 4 (Google) — measures traffic and conversions across the site. Sets first-party cookies (_ga, _ga_*) and receives your IP address, a randomly generated client ID, and the pages you view.
  • Google Ads conversion tracking (Google) — runs on our advertising landing pages only. Sets Google click identifier cookies (_gcl_*) so we can tell which ads produce inquiries and calls.
  • Meta Pixel (Meta Platforms, Inc.) — measures which of our Facebook and Instagram ads produce inquiries, and lets us show ads to people who have already visited the site. Sets a first-party cookie (_fbp, plus _fbc when you arrive from an ad) and receives your IP address, browser details, the pages you view, and a Lead event when you submit a form.
  • Vercel Speed Insights (Vercel) — page performance metrics such as load and rendering times. Does not use cookies.
  • Sentry (Functional Software, Inc.) — error monitoring. When something breaks, it records diagnostic data including your IP address, browser, and the page URL. We do not record visitor sessions or screen activity.
  • Vercel BotID (Vercel) — bot detection on our contact and newsletter forms, using browser and device signals.

Our use of Google Analytics, Google Ads, and the Meta Pixel means online identifiers about your visit are shared with Google and Meta. Some privacy laws describe this as “sharing” personal information for advertising purposes. You can control how Meta uses this data in your Meta ad preferences. You can opt out of Google Analytics across all sites using Google's browser opt-out add-on, and you can manage or block cookies in your browser settings.

5. Service Providers We Share Data With

We use the following providers to run the business. Except for the analytics and advertising platforms described in Section 4, which also use this data under their own terms, they process data on our behalf and are not permitted to use it for their own marketing:

  • Vercel — website hosting and delivery
  • Supabase — database hosting, where contact form submissions and subscriber records are stored
  • Resend — sending our transactional and subscription emails, including delivery and open events
  • Stripe — payment processing for clients
  • Google — analytics and advertising measurement, as described in Section 4
  • Meta — advertising measurement and audience targeting for our Facebook and Instagram ads, as described in Section 4

We may also disclose information if required by law, to enforce our Terms, or in connection with a merger or sale of the business. We do not sell your personal information for money, and we do not give your contact form submissions to third parties for their own marketing.

Our providers are based in the United States, and information you send us is processed there.

6. How Long We Keep It

  • Contact form submissions — 24 months after our last contact with you, unless you become a client.
  • Client records — for the life of the engagement, and afterwards as long as needed for tax, accounting, and legal purposes.
  • Newsletter subscribers — until you unsubscribe. After that we keep your email address on a suppression list so we do not email you again.
  • Analytics and error data — for the retention period configured in the relevant provider's settings.

7. Your Choices

  • Email. Every marketing email has an unsubscribe link, and you can use the one-click unsubscribe in your email client. We act on unsubscribes promptly.
  • Phone and text. If you gave us your phone number and no longer want calls or texts, tell us and we will stop.
  • Cookies. Manage or block them in your browser, or use the Google Analytics opt-out add-on linked in Section 4.
  • Access, correction, and deletion. Email us and we will handle your request as required by any privacy law that applies to you.

To make a request, email legal@watchgridstudio.com. We may need to verify your identity before we act.

8. Security

We use reasonable measures to protect your information, including encrypted transport, access controls on our admin systems, bot filtering, and rate limiting on public forms. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy. We will post the revised version here with a new “Last updated” date. Material changes will be highlighted on the site or sent by email where we have your address.
