  • Paid once, in full, after your free prototype. The site is yours as it is on the day you buy it. Later changes are $100 an hour, billed in 15-minute steps, with an estimate before work starts.
  • Care Plan, optional at $99/mo: basic hosting that keeps the site online, production bug fixes, and the contact form relay with spam protection. Not included: monthly reports, ongoing Google or AI search optimization, new content or changes.
  • Start the Care Plan whenever you like. Host elsewhere instead and we hand over the packaged source code within seven business days.

Subscriber buyout: the Own It price at the time you buy; monthly payments don't count toward it. Then the Care Plan or the source code handover.
